We are blessed to be able to call the historic Winthrop Square area of New London home. This is the spot where the first Christian (Congregational) church in New London gathered to worship and where New London itself was founded in 1649.
Our parish is comprised of 250 families from throughout New London County and beyond. Our parish was founded in 1939 by Greek immigrants whose faith, love, vision, and sacrificial generosity, set our distinctive ministry into motion for generations to come. Over the years, God has blessed us with many new members and converts to Orthodox Christianity.
